4. Refund Approval:

– The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Refund Denial:
– If the refund request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation of the decision and the reasons behind it.
– Clients have the option to appeal the denial by providing additional information or evidence supporting their request.
